Yes, The field used to determine submissions per unit does not clarify who is submitting the form. You can simply not use any field that holds personal data such as their name.
Yes, there is a ‘view results’ section that allows you to create a profile that will only be able to view select fields in a form. You can attach this profile to an email, or reports.
Yes, You can choose an opening and closing time for any form. You can also fully customize the message that appears during those times.
Yes, you can embed a google calendar into your form. You can even set up a notification email to be sent to you after a form is submitted and with a click it will automatically populate your google calendar. We recommend using a Gmail account for this as they are most optimized for this function.
As more people use our forms the amount of submissions per form will continue to grow. But as of right now each form can receive 10,000 submissions before it is considered full. You can export or delete submissions at any time to make more space if filled.
